Beth is an amazing realtor! I was an out of town buyer and she spent 3 days driving me around looking at houses. It was such a cool time getting to know her- she is kind and knowledgeable, she inspired trust! She was our advocate in negotiations and we had complete trust in her abilities! We had a good realtor in our home state but Beth set the bar as an excellent realtor- the difference between our two realtors was staggering. Our family relocated back to the Kansas City area, things have changed in the 13 years we have been away! Beth did an amazing job of learning about what our family was looking for in our next house, she asked great questions, she listened and helped us find our "dream home".Beth served as a guide during a crazy market, then as an advocate during the build process. Living hours away during a build can be stressful, Beth helped ease our concerns with great communication, being present on-site when we could not be and being a liaison with the builder and suppliers. Beth is a "10" in our book, even though Zillow only allows a "5".

Melissa is one of the hardest working Realtors I know! She takes time to explain everything step by step to her clients. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in both relocating to Kansas City several years ago and then both selling and buying again with her recently.
