Susan is a principal and founding member of the Guide Group KC at Compass Realty Group.
Susan is an award winning and top producing realtor who serves many different communities in both Kansas and Missouri. As a Kansas City native she knows the neighborhoods, the school districts and the right person for every situation. She has been in real estate since 2008 which means she knows exactly who to call to make things right or to get things done. Susan believes strong relationships built on integrity and trust come first. She strives to provide outstanding customer service helping her clients with each detail every step of the way through the home selling and/or buying process.
Susan is a graduate of Texas Christian University. Go Frogs! Susan has been married to her husband, Gary, for 30+ years. She is also a mom to three grown kids…Alex, Evan and Ellie. Susan is an avid animal lover, volunteers with Wayside Waifs and donates a portion of her commissions to help dogs and cats find their forever families. Susan and her family enjoy traveling and spending time together around the holidays.
