Annette Kimball is a member of the Guide Group KC at Compass Realty Group.
She is a Kansas City native and grew up in the Overland Park area. Annette has lived in the Kansas City, Kansas area for the past 28 years. She graduated from Washburn University and has a vast background in sales.
Annette has a passion for helping people find their perfect home. She spends quality time with her clients to make sure she finds just the right fit. Annette prides herself on making the buying and selling process as easy as possible for her clients. With 12+ years of sales and negotiating experience, she strives to ensure that her clients get the best deal possible, while navigating the ever-changing real estate market.
Annette is devoted to helping seniors and is an advocate for those with Alzheimer’s as well as their caregivers. She has spent many hours facilitating family support groups in multiple senior living locations in the Overland Park area. Helping families through their journey is her greatest reward.
Annette is a dog mom to 3 furry kids and 2 adult children. She enjoys and values quality family time. Annette and her husband Mike, also enjoy spending time on their Harley or lounging by the pool.
