Susan showed me many homes and was very knowledgeable about the area I was looking in (Brookside/Waldo). She always gave me her honest opinion and helped me decide which houses were worth putting offers on and which were too much work, too expensive, or too cheap.

We moved from Joplin, MO to be closer to our kids!
